THE GTDC terms and use policy applies to all gift certificate holders whether purchased directly from GTDC or a third party vendor.

The order or purchase of any GTDC product indicates purchaser or recipient has read and accepted the below stated Terms of Use. GTDC makes an assortment of information and services available through our website collectively, subject to these Terms of Use. There may be a variety of information and services offered through our website that have separate registration procedures, terms and conditions, terms of service, user agreements, or similar legal agreement. A purchase will be validated once received by mail or emailed together with the GTDC gift certificate application form duly completed and payment of 100% of the purchase amount including any taxes applicable by credit card, wire transfer,  money order, or check. 
Changes may be made to any GT Dream Cars products or services, at any time, without notice by GT Dream Cars. 
Gift certificates delivered by GT Dream Cars are valid for one year from the date of purchase and expire one year from the application receipt date not from the delivery date via mail or email of the applicable certificate. Purchases are non refundable and not redeemable for cash, credit or charge back but can be transferred to another party providing all requirements are met and approved solely at the discretion of the GTDC team. These qualifications include written consent from the original purchasing party acknowledging the transfer and the new applicants complete information signed and dated. This information must include new participant’s full legal name, age, address, phone, drivers license #, and email contact information. The validity of the transfer will expire 1 year after the original purchase date from the original purchasing party and not from the time of transfer.

DRIVING EXPERIENCE & RIDE-ALONG CONDITIONS
All drivers participating in the driving experience must be at least 17 years of age and have a valid unconditional/unrestrictive US or NON-US Driver’s license. All riders participating in the ride along experience must be at least 12 years of age. All drivers participating in the driving program will be required to furnish a valid Driver’s License prior to the scheduled driving experience at the time reservation and on the date of experience (no copies, abstracts or substitutes accepted). All riders must provide an acceptable valid photo ID. All vehicles are automatic. An adult must give written consent for all participants scheduled to a ride-along under the age of 18. 
All participants to a driving experience or a ride-along must be taller than 3’0” and no taller than 6’2”. 
All participants will be required to sign an Adult Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement at the event. All minors must sign a Minor Waiver and be accompanied by a Parent/Legal Guardian with a signed consent release.

RESERVATIONS & SCHEDULING
Reservations are required for all driving and riding events: space is limited and is filled on a first come first serve basis. Reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded. In the event you cancel your reservation or do not show up for your scheduled event, your order and payment will not be refunded. Reservations are transferable to another party meeting the qualification requirements with express written consent from the original recipient and approval from GTDC at a minimum 30 days prior to your scheduled participation date.
Dates are subject to change without notice. GTDC is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred by changes beyond our control. GTDC reserves the right to postpone or to modify the location or the content of the experience depending on availability at our sole discretion. Confirmation of reservations will be sent by email, text message or via the web prior to the date of the event. In case no available date would suit you, you have the ability to purchase a gift certificate or an experience package valid for one year from the date of purchase. The recipient of the gift certificate or the package experience will subsequently choose the date of the event among available dates. Recipients of gift certificates are bound to all rules applicable to original purchase. Once a reservation is scheduled it cannot be changed, cancelled or postponed.

INCLEMENT WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURÉ
GTDC reserves the right to cancel an event due to inclement weather or in case of force majeure. The definition of inclement weather shall be at the sole discretion of GTDC, but is generally defined as excessive heat or cold, ice, snow, freezing rain, rain, wind and may include heavy rains prior to or during the event. In case of any force majeure event leading to the unavailability of the track or vehicle (s), GTDC reserves the right to reschedule the event or to replace it by an equivalent or superior event with no cash back permitted. In the event of rescheduling permitted by us, GTDC will contact you and reschedule you for another available date in the next three months. In the case of event refusal of any of the newly proposed events, your event date and experience will be considered terminated. A refund will not be issued due to rainouts or cases of force majeure. In case of inclement conditions occurring after the event has began, the latter may be temporarily interrupted and moved back later on the same day. In case your event cannot be fully completed due to lack of time or continuous adverse conditions, you will not be able to claim for the uncompleted portion of your experience. Any delay or timing extension of your experience due to a rain-out or force majeure conditions will not allow for any dispute, discount or rebate.

PRICE & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Prices mentioned or quoted on the GTDC website, our brochures and any of our commercial offers as listed are before any applicable tax, state fees and additional services. GTDC reserves the right to modify its prices without notice. Full payment by check, money order, wire transfer or credit card must be received prior to making a reservation or conformation of purchase.

PRIVACY POLICY
By participating in any or all GTDC experiences, you have granted the right to use your name, likeness, voice, photographs, and video taken by GTDC, authorized agents, and/or any media groups during track events. This includes, but is not limited to: television, radio, film, and all other media mediums that maybe used by GTDC for business including but not limited Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Foursquare, Newsletters, Billboards, and Trade shows.

LIABILITY & CODE OF CONDUCT
GT Dream Cars will assume responsibility for damages that might occur to the cars except in cases of willful or reckless conduct or gross negligence at our discretion. All other damages and expenses are the responsibility of the participant per the Adult Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement form that all participants are required to complete prior to program participation. All participants must follow safety rules dictated by GTDC, staff, EMS or subsidiaries. GTDC reserves the right to cancel or interrupt the experience of a participant if all safety conditions are not met. 
Alcohol and controlled substances are strictly prohibited for all participants to a drive or ride along experience. GTDC reserves the right to perform alcohol and controlled substances tests randomly or in case of reasonable suspicion. In case of positive test, GTDC reserves the right to cancel or interrupt the event of the participant with no refund or credit to future GTDC events or transfers.

The above policy does not constitute any rights and is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of GT Dream Cars (GTDC) if necessary to protect the safety and well being of all participants, instructors and staffs. GT Dream Cars (GTDC) is not liable for losses due to any cancellations, reschedules or transfers.
